Standard Guilty Plea – $1500 (plus GST) to $2500 (plus GST) – final fixed fee price will depend on the complexity of the plea.
Work Includes:
- Initial consultation with client
- Devising strategy for client in the lead up to Court appearance
- Offer information about traffic education programs and drafting character references
- Draft court submissions
- Appear at the Court hearing
- Court adjournment – $200 (plus GST) per adjournment
Work Licence Application & Hearing – $1800 (plus GST) to $2000 (plus GST)
Work Includes:
- Initial consultation with client
- Devising strategy for client in the lead up to Court appearance
- Offer information about traffic education programs and drafting character references
- Draft application
- Drafting of all Affidavits of the client and the client’s employer (if necessary)
- Attend Court Registry & Police Prosecutors office for service of Court documents
- Draft court submissions
- Appear at the 1st mention in Court
- Appear at the Application hearing
Special Hardship Order Application & Hearing – $1800 (plus GST) to $2000 (plus GST)
Work Includes:
- Initial consultation with client
- Devising strategy for client in the lead up to Court appearance
- Offer information about traffic education programs and drafting character references
- Draft application
- Drafting of all Affidavits of the client and the client’s employer (if necessary)
- Attend Court Registry & Police Prosecutors office for service of Court documents
- Draft court submissions
- Appear at the 1st mention in Court
- Appear at the Application hearing
Not Guilty Pleas & Hearings – (To be negotiated)
Fixed Fees:
You will note that we charge for the above matters on a very competitive fixed fee basis.
Many people have concerns about excessive lawyers fees, however by sticking to a fixed fee basis this completely eliminates any concerns over extra costs and expenses that may come to you as a surprise. What this means is that we will provide you with a fixed amount that your matter will cost from the outset – so that you know up front how much your matter will cost you and so that you can plan and prepare your finances.
